Border States Electric (BSE) can help support your supply chain with our SupplyTrax system. SupplyTrax is a proprietary material management system that utilizes bar code technology for customers to manage inventories and associated processes. We've developed our SupplyTrax application with the intent of bringing sustainable and easy-to-use technology products into your warehouse. And, with the addition of our automated dispensing solutions, we have solutions that can fit many inventory management needs.

Relieve your “stock out” worries and improve tracking and accountability while reducing your on-hand inventory. Our dynamic web-based application lets you choose how to manage your materials with little investment in software and hardware.

Our inventory solutions include customer managed inventory (CMI), vendor managed inventory (VMI), inventory management, and automated dispensing solutions.

Our comprehensive web-based system for material management allows you to manage your inventory, print labels, replenishment, create and receive orders, manage part numbers and monitor minimum and maximum levels.

Supply management with SupplyTrax allows you to print labels directly from our web portal. Labels include the bar code, part number, description, manufacturer part number, minimums and maximums, location, and supplier number.

Using our scanner, you can track your on-hand quantities for each location, including material issued, material returned, inventory counts, and material transfers. Once you’ve captured your data on the scanner, the information is sent to the BSE web portal for review prior to posting. Our online database allows you to view item transactions, and track serial numbers.

You can create orders using our scanners and minimum and maximum levels of inventory, or you can use the auto order feature, which will automatically order material based on inventory levels and re-order quantities. SupplyTrax will even create a PO to send to your supplier, or post BSE orders directly in our SAP system. Receive material with a scanner, or manually on the web portal.

You can also view many reports with our application, including part number data, work order detail, serialized inventory, on hand quantities, and inventory turns.
