Border States Names Penas Northwest Region Business Development Manager

Bruce Penas has been named Northwest Region Business Development Manager for Border States Electric (BSE).
Penas will participate on the company’s Northwest Region management team and provide direction for new and expanded business opportunities. Before joining BSE, he was the Senior Account Manager for Rockwell Automation in Fargo.
Penas, and his wife, Patti, live in Fargo. They have two daughters, Nicole and Courtney.
BSE provides products and services to the construction, industrial, utility, and data communications markets. Active employees own 100 percent of the company under the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). The employee-owned company has approximately 1,400 employees and 57 branch operations in 13 states and Mexico. BSE is one of the 100 largest private ESOP companies in America and one of the few ESOP companies headquartered in North Dakota. Corporate headquarters are located in Fargo.
