Training is offered through formalized in-house sessions taught by Border States staff, consultants, vendor on-site and off-site product or sales instruction, books, correspondence courses, seminars, videos and other training methods. We encourage all employees to partner with their supervisors and managers to discuss training needs and implement plans for their future with Border States.
