The manual shows employees a road map to how they can grow in their position and maximize their success. We provide equal access to training and ensure a flexible approach through a variety of training methods.
Training is offered through formalized in-house sessions taught by Border States staff, consultants, vendor on-site/off-site product or sales instruction, books, correspondence courses, seminars, videos, or other training methods. There are many opportunities listed in the Career Path Manual. We encourage all employees to partner with their supervisor/manager to discuss training needs and implement a plan for their future in the company.
