Members of our senior management team constitute the Executive Council, providing the strategic direction, guidance and leadership for Border States.
Incorporated in the state of North Dakota, Border States maintains headquarters in the city of Fargo. We have a centralized operational support center that handles accounts payable, accounts receivable, human resources, logistics, marketing, purchasing and information technology.

We also manage a network of branches throughout 13 states. Each branch location is managed by a team of branch, sales and operations staff that is sensitive to local market needs and responsive to specific customer requirements.
In 1984, Border States created our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Under this plan, active employees own 100 percent of company stock.
