With the exception of UPS for small and overnight deliveries, Border States does not employ any third-party logistic service providers. We use our own delivery fleet ranging from small vans for hotshot deliveries to semi-trucks with self-unloading capabilities. We control shipments to ensure timely and expedient deliveries. Our drivers are knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. We are licensed by the Interstate Commerce Commission to perform hauling services for select customers. We can invoice monthly for scheduled services or on a time and mileage basis for unscheduled deliveries.
Our truck-mounted forklifts provide self-unloading capabilities. They are all-wheel drive and maneuverable in even the most adverse conditions. They can move material into areas of a job site that other equipment cannot reach.
We use the PeopleNet system (www.peoplenetonline.com) for tracking communications with our delivery fleet. When you need up-to-date information about your shipment, we can quickly locate each of our vehicles with a click of the mouse.
Every year, Border States trucks log more than a million miles to make accurate, on-time deliveries to a wide service area. Delivery is free for every order shipped on one of our trucks. If you have special requests related to how your material is delivered, our drivers will accommodate you.
